Martin Neubauer

Project lead
Martin Neubauer holds a degree in Political Science (University of Vienna) and in International Politics and Security Studies (University of Bradford). For many years he has been working in the field of human rights, migration and refugee issues, but is also experienced in project administration, project accounting, and documentation. Since 2003 Martin Neubauer has been working with the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Human Rights (BIM) as an executive assistant. In the current Daphne III project of the BIM he is supporting the management in financial affairs.
